Return/Refund Policy
Faith by Design LLC does not offer refunds and will not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order once it has been received, you must contact us by email (faithbydesignstore@gmail.com) within 24hrs to discuss any issues you may have. Faith by Design LLC is not responsible for any LOST, DELAYED, STOLEN or DAMAGED items after the order has shipped.
Faith by Design LLC will ship most items in 3-5 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for custom orders. All packages will ship using USPS. Tracking information will be sent to the email address entered when the order was placed.
